Preparing for success in High Conflict mediation
£180.00 / £160.00 plus vat per person
Have you ever wondered why some mediations end before they really begin, with a flurry of accusation and counter accusation, as your clients seem powerless to stop themselves and you feel powerless to do anything to help. Is there anything you could have done differently? If so, what, when and how?
If you want to help these clients it is essential that you understand them and engage with them at a deep compassionate level before preparing them to engage with each other in a productive and constructive way in mediation. This process must begin at the earliest opportunity.
You will need to ‘earn their trust before you can spend it’ and you have less than 1 hour to do so in your pre-mediation meetings. A tall order? Perhaps?
