Austin Chessell family_icon

Austin specialises in children and financial family mediation matters. He also works with grandparents wanting to discuss seeing grandchildren and LGBT families to discuss separation. Some of Austin’s mediation clients have an international element to their situation for relocation abroad. Austin is a member of the Family Mediators Association and is accredited with the Law Society and the FMC. He is from a Family Law background and has also completed a Level 3 diploma in Counselling with the Mary Ward Centre.

Richard Phillips is an experienced Family Mediation Council Accredited mediator. He has over 33 years post qualification experience as a solicitor so he is able to provide legal information to help clients make informed decisions within the framework of the law. Richard is recommended in the Legal Directories, Chambers and the Legal 500. He mainly deals with middle to higher asset cases as well as children issues. He works voluntarily with his local CAB too so he has experience too of cases where needs are the overriding factor.

Belinda Jones

Belinda is an accredited family mediator, having initially trained and worked in family law. She is accredited to work with financial matters and also with children matters. Belinda is also a trained parenting co-ordinator and brings an awareness of the negative impact on children of an exposure to conflict between their parents. Belinda is also training as a divorce coach.

Bente Neilson

Bente is a Barrister and has been a Resolution Accredited Mediator since 2000 and is accredited with the Family Mediation Council, as well as the Legal Aid Agency for helping separating couples resolve issues relating to their children and finances. Bente is also trained to deal directly with children in mediation, helping separated parents to decide upon the best arrangements for the future and with a view to establishing that their children’s voices are heard

Mark Hawksbridge

Mark is a member of National Family Mediation and accredited with the Family Mediation Council. He has a background in law and mental health, and is experienced in providing mediation in a wide range of financial and child cases. He has a particular interest in mediating with families that have the challenge of a child or children with special needs, including autism, and of working inclusively with clients who have a mental health diagnosis.

Daniel Ukiomogbe

Daniel trained as a family mediator in 2018 due to his desire to help his clients resolve issues in a non-adversarial ways believing that separating couples tend to keep to the proposal they arrive at by themselves rather than those imposed on them by the courts.
Daniel is an accredited member of the Law Society, College of Mediators, and Family Mediation Council. In his spare time, he works as an Honourary Legal Adviser with RCJ Advice (CAB). Daniel practices in person and online and covers the London area.

Jill Bruce

Jill is an Accredited family mediator and member of Resolution. She practiced as a Family solicitor for over 25 years, specialising in Children and Financial matters with experience in complex pensions, business interests, inherited wealth and trusts. She now exclusively practices as a mediator, using her legal experience and skills to enable her clients to find the best outcomes for themselves and their families, through the mediation process.
