10.35 – Free 30 min consultation- What are the aims of this and is involved in this? The Back story.
13.45 – Zoom meeting with client- If they want to instruct me I arrange a Zoom meeting with them for about 1.5-2 hours. My aim is to gather as much factual info as I can against the background of the Story, helping them to gather and understand the info.
22.00 – I work with a compressed financial disclosure form as well as the longer Form E style form- A Financial mediation friendly pack to work with and work from.
23.00 – If the couple are talking to each other, they can use the Financial mediation friendly pack to work together to put the info together.

30.00 – Can you attend the mediation session with your client to help them and increase their capacity to make the most out of mediation? I can help them reality test options during sessions and in between sessions, helping to hold the mediation process together.

It can reduce the number of mediation sessions, it can, for example reduce the amount of time it takes to gather the right pension info, saving weeks and helping the mediation process move on and maintain momentum.
