Following on from government advice and that of our partner agencies we are temporarily suspending all face to face meetings at all of our locations.
However as an organisation we are still open between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday if you need to speak to a mediator.
We can can offer on-line/telephone mediation assessment and Information meetings (MIAMS) as well as on-line mediation sessions.

Jennifer Miles
Jennifer is an experienced family mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives who practiced family law for sixteen years. Jennifer qualified as a mediator through Resolution in 2012 and gained Family Mediation Council accreditation in all issues family mediation in 2015. In 2018 Jennifer also qualified as a Professional Practice Consultant supporting other mediators in qualification and practice.
Julian Samiloff
Julian is a Psychotherapist and Mediator and Executive Coach. Working collaboratively with individuals and families to co create with them new and enriching narratives with which they can build and develop successful creative living for themselves and others.
Amanda Trappes-Lomax
Amanda is an experienced Family Lawyer/All Issues Family Mediator. Amanda trained as a Mediator through Resolution and is also a PPC.
Alan Nairn
Alan is an accredited member of the Civil Mediation Council and Resolution, which is in turn affiliated with the Family Mediation Council. He is an effective and able communicator and specialises in helping parties in the most intractable disputes reach mutually acceptable agreements, often against challenging time frames. He is very experienced in mediating many areas, including child arrangements and questions concerning property and finance.
