Would you like a free 15 minute conversation with one of our family mediators? They will give you a brief overview of the mediation process including timeframes and costs, and explain the next steps.
If you wish to book a MIAM (45 mins to 1 hour) because you need this before you can make a court application OR because you and your former partner already know that you want to come to mediation but want to know whether it is suitable in your situation and wish to begin your preparation, please explain this on the contact form below.

A family mediator will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the 15 mins free consultation or the MIAM
The Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting usually takes place within 3-7 days from your initial contact.
