The process begins with a mediation information and assessment meeting with each party (‘MIAM’).
This MIAM takes place either face to face, online or by telephone. The mediator will assess the situation for mediation suitability, the likely length of mediation and will begin to prepare everyone for the process.
Half Day
£400 + VAT

We will discuss with you what is involved and how long the mediation is likely to take, so that we all have clear expectations, when the process begins.
The mediation starts once everyone involved has signed the mediation agreement.
Full Day
£800 + VAT
