Most people using the Divorce Manual will be very busy and quite possibly stressed by the situation which is why each of the 13 chapters are organised into shorter focused sections which the reader can quickly navigate from the main index in the Menu bar depending on the information and documentation required at the time.
The Resources tab in the Menu also provides a quick overview and access to all the Divorce Manual resources linked to each chapter. Try it out.
In the text of each section you will also find numerous highlighted links which link you directly to other pages in the Manual where you may wish to go as quickly as possible.
You will also find links to online webpages housing chapters and sections in video format. Try it out.
The Manual is also designed for your mediator to use with you in a focused and targeted way so if, for example, you are preparing to come into a pre-mediation consultation (MIAM) with a mediator you can go straight to the chapter and sections helping you to properly prepare for this.
There is also a chapter dedicated to helping you complete your pre-mediation questionnaire for the mediator due to the importance of this document and your answers to the successful outcome of the process.
This is certainly not a Manual to be read from the front to back cover!
For those who like to carry out more extensive preparation and research you will find a separate Resources section to each chapter with useful documents, guides and carefully selected useful websites offering independent and recommended sources of information and documentation.
With the Divorce Manual you should have all the information you need to do your own divorce and sort out a fair financial outcome and some child arrangements that work for you, your former partner and the children
Good luck
