We would like to publicly welcome, Kerry Dover, accredited family mediator, to the national Compass Resolution national team.

Kerry Dover will primarily cover the Buckinghamshire area offering private and legal aid family mediation for disputes about children and the finances.

We all feel very proud that Kerry has chosen to join us.

Kerry started her mediation journey as a community mediator working on police referrals and neighbour disputes and more recently with the CAB.

Kerry now focuses on family mediation and specialises in child and financial mediations.

Most recently she has started working as an in-court mediator.

Kerry also facilitates the CAFCASS SPIP programme working with separated parents to minimise conflict and improve communication.
