We will most definitely let you know if your financial proposals fall outside the parameters of what a Judge might decide if the matter went to court. We will also ensure that you both provide sufficient financial information and documentation to explore a whole range of financial options to suit you and the family. We of course recognise that there may also be times when you will benefit from individual legal advice from a family solicitor to support you in this process.
