We recognise that it may feel very hard to listen to and acknowledge their views given the range of intense emotions you may be feeling as your relationship comes to an end. We will spend time to ensure that you both understand what you each want and need for yourselves and the children. We will carefully explore children and financial options with you and the impact of any proposals on you all. We will work very hard to ensure that you both have sufficient time and the information you need to work through and understand all the options for settlement as well as the opportunity to hear and acknowledge any emotions being expressed.
